Patients are seen by appointment Monday through Friday, between the
hours of
7:00am and
4:00pm.
An appointment is a specific period of time that we have reserved
especially for you. From your point of view, it is a time to receive
health care promised to you by our office. From our point of view, a
patient's appointment is a commitment by our office to provide those
services. We will make every effort to be on time for your reserved
appointment. If, for some reason there is a serious delay, we will
try to notify you beforehand. Please assist us by being on time for
your appointments, as well. If you are unable to keep your
appointment, please advise us at least 24 hours in advance whenever
possible. This courtesy allows us to be of service to other
patients, and we will reschedule your appointment for a time more
convenient for you.
On your first visit a permanent record will be started. If you
haven't completed the Health History, Dental History, and Personal
Data forms online beforehand, you will be asked to complete them in
our office. It is helpful for the first visit if you arrive a few
minutes early. Please bring your insurance card. If you have been
under the care of another dentist, we may ask your permission to
transfer some of your records.
If you have an urgent problem outside of regular office hours,
please call the office for instructions. The answering service will
take your number, locate Dr. Harper, and he will return your call as
soon as possible. If he is away teaching, or at a dental meeting,
you may be contacted by a dentist who is taking his calls.
